Child Care Contract

What is a child care contract?

Simply put, a child care contract is an agreement between the provider and
the parent/guardiansspelling out exactly what each party can expect from the other.
As the provider, you really must have a contract in place allowing you set the rules
and policies of your child care. Once the contract has been signed by all involved parties,
be prepared to enforce it.

**All changes must be set in writing or they are not enforceable.

Delete the prefilled text in the Header and Footer sections of the dialog box

4.You can type in your own header or footer text:

Child Care Contract &b Page &p of &P &b&d will print out:

"Child Care Contract" at the left margin

"Page 1 of 2" etc... in the center

The Date at the right margin

FOOTER

&b inserts a break (empty space) between the text

NOTE: You must change the info in the Page setup Header and Footer settings back to the original text or all printed .html documents will print at the top of the pages: "Child Care Contract Page 1 of 2 Date"
